Coaching |
As an Executive Coach, Trudy’s role is to ask thought-provoking questions that allow us to discover new ways of seeing ourselves, people and situations. Her business coaching skills are founded on real-world experience, visionary thinking and quantifiable performance results. |

Listening |
In workshop facilitation, people sometimes say what they think others want to hear. That’s when the elephants start to show up. Everyone knows there are elephants in the room, but no one is willing to name them. Trudy helped us to confront reality, move forward with vision and clear action steps. |

Presenting |
I attended a conference where there were 8 speakers, which is too much listening for a day. I will remember the day as death by PowerPoint Presentations. I’m sure there was valuable information for me. I just didn’t get most of it, as all the speakers sounded the same and therefore had little impact on me. |
